In a presentation to MINEX Europe 2019 on mine permitting in Serbia, Milan Parivodić, a lawyer with Parivodić Advokati will explain in brief the updates to the Mining Law that were made in 2015, and will comment on how these legislative changes have made Serbia one of the most attractive destinations in Europe for mining projects.
